Rockstar Games released this trailer for its next “Grand Theft Auto” game. It looks like players will be headed back to sunny California and it appears old faces will make a reappearance.

As many of you have expected, the game is set in a version of Los Angeles, a callback to the popular “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas” title.



The trailer's narrator appears to be the main character of the game. He kind of sounds like a reformed criminal looking to return home and stay out of trouble. But as most of you know, that doesn't really work in the GTA world.

Rockstar provided very few details about the game itself— namely when it will be released. The company has a history of announcing titles a year or more before they hit the store shelves, so don’t hold your breath. I mean, you could try but it's not a very good idea.
