Eager Nintendo DS players try their hand at Professor Layton and the Curious Village at Nintendo World in New York’s Rockefeller Plaza on Feb. 10, 2008. A special puzzle tournament was held as part of a launch event for Professor Layton, a much-anticipated adventure puzzle game for the popular hand-held Nintendo DS.
Below, Lauren Carrion, 18, left, and her brother Nicasio Guzman, 8, both from New York City, try their hand at Professor Layton and the Curious Village for Nintendo DS at the Nintendo World store in New York on Feb. 10, 2008. Curious consumers and DS devotees gathered at a special launch event for the highly anticipated adventure puzzle game, which has already been a smashing success in Japan.
